Custom made furniture
Unlike most other conversion companies we design and create all our own furniture on site, ensuring high quality products. It gives us the ability to be dynamic when designing and fabricating your furniture, giving you the ultimate personalised finish!
We have a huge range of colors and designs to choose from, visit it us to see them for yourself.
Everything you could need and want...
We value and understand the importance of preparation, the team will do this as part of the conversion included in the price. The team will ensure all metal work is appropriately treated and the bulkhead will be removed. Additionally, some customers prefer the removal of the jacking bracket too.
A leisure battery including a split charger will be installed under the driver’s seat, as standard we would fit 1 double USB socket, 1 12volt socket and 1 voltage display [tech options available].
As per customer request we can fit a 240volt ‘hook-up’ mounted under the bumper on the offside rear of the vehicle, discreate and very useful!
The framework for the ‘pop top’ roof and windows will be prepared and installed professionally.
There are a range of colors and canvas types to choose from.
The privacy glass windows can be installed to both side and rear of the van, we recommend a minimum of one opening window behind the driver’s seat.
Handcrafted ply panels will be installed where required to provide a smooth and sleek finish when carpet lined which will be done in the choice of your colour, including the roof unless other options selected. We recommend to all our customers having the panels in the van carpeted separately to allow access behind them in future.
Your flooring will be created using CNC [computer numerically controlled] cut 12mm ply wood with quality altro safety flooring applied on top. The altro flooring comes in a range of colour’s and styles.
A brand-new genuine VW side entrance step will be installed as well as a brand-new aftermarket rear threshold, giving your flooring that perfect finish.
LED lighting will be installed, standardly 4 lights which can be put on a switch or be wired to illuminate when the door opens. Other options can be explored.
You may opt to have a Planar diesel heater installed so you can make use of your van all year round! These are externally mounted, supplied for the vehicle fuel tank via a fuel sender unit, we ensure the dip tube is positioned so it cannot completely drain your fuel tank.
A carbon monoxide detector can be fitted at your wish.
With multiple style and colour options available to choose from, you just need to let us know what you decide on, the style of furniture you want and any optional extras such as a fridge, sink, hob and splash back. Our team will then utilise CNC technology to design and fabricate your personalised furniture.
When you’re ready to kick back and relax we have the options of a rock and roll bed or something more bespoke. We also offer an upholstery service so your bed and seats all match
Finishing Touches…
Whether you’re looking for a simpler finish with curtains or strikingly elegant VANShades to complete your build, there are a choice of colour's to choose from.
At your request we can install a swivel base to the front passenger seats, creating versatility.
Wheels…lowering kits… body kits… Give your van the ultimate attractive look and have heads turning!!
We also install awnings, extra electrical sockets, projectors, audio kits, multi-coloured lighting, pull out tables/ BBQ areas to utilise the back of your van and areas for our furry friends.
